We offer a wide range of dyeing services to meet the overall needs (Requirements, Load Size, and Quality Standards) to fulfill the customer demands.
We use the art of high temperature and pressure. With the help of computerized jet and airflow dyeing chambers, we can process a variety of traditional and new emerging fabrics. List of fabrics:
We use different types of dyes for different fabrics. Each type of dye has its applications and gives a different level of finish to the fabric.
These dyes are derived from natural resources like plants, and minerals. Natural dyes are non-toxic and environment friendly and the end result is well dyed printed fabrics. However, these dyes seem to be less efficient as compared to others.
Direct dyes are less expensive than other fabric dyes, which is one reason why it is preferred over other dyes. Direct dyes are usually dull in color and not as wash fast as other fabric dyes. However, as compared to fiber reactive dyes, direct dyes are slightly less lightfast.
Reactive dyes are efficient for wholesale cotton fabric and other cellulose/ protein fiber fabrics. The dye molecules bind with the fiber’s molecules, fabrics dyed with reactive dyes are the most wash-safe fabrics. So these fabrics can be washed with other fabrics without the concern of color bleeding.
Garment dyeing is the dyeing of complete garments such as shirts. It is performed by placing garments into mesh or net bags and immersing them in vats. This dyeing method is not suitable for tailored clothing such as suits and dresses due to possible distortion.
Normally, the acid dye is used for protein fibers & it depends on fabric type. Acid dye applies to wool, silk,& nylon. It looks like a strong caustic soda. But, in reality, these dyes are non-caustic acids and sometimes also non-toxics. In fact, in some cases, mild acids like vinegar are used in the dyeing process. Its fastness properties focus on fabric nature.
Tiedye are an ancient resist-dyeing technique. The process of tie and dye typically consists of folding, twisting, crumpling, or pleating a fabric and then dying to produce different textures through dyes. Tie and dye use saturated primary colors in bright shades and bold patterns. These beautiful and bold patterns may include spirals, mandala, circles, stripes, etc.
